I was in the area visiting a friend, and we decided to stop and grab coffees while we walked around Newburyport. This place has one of the BEST cold brews I've ever had! If I lived in the area I would be here all the time, not only because the coffee is amazing but also because the ambiance is incredible. Tons of seating, bright & welcoming, and looked perfect to hang and catch up with friends or set up for some work.

Coffee is good. Vibe isn't great. Most employees are on their phones and won't get off their phones into you are literally standing at register. Little to know eye contact. Not much speaking directly to you. I have gone in 5-10 minutes before closing & they said they couldn't make anything bc they washed all their gear. Then change your hours. If you're until a certain time then coffee should be available unto then.
The product is good but in no way are they training their employees in hospitality or customer service. I'd give it 5 stars if the employees were more engaging and actually looked like they wanted to be there. -

This place has changed hands and names multiple times but retains the same fine cappuccino and espresso machines which can make excellent beverages. Their sandwiches are good. Value for the dollar is so-so.
Staff turnover is high, indicating a management problem. -

I would consider this a hidden gem. Even though it is right on 28 it is in an unsuspecting strip mall. The atmosphere is great with comfortable seating. The service was friendly. Most importantly the coffee was excellent with fresh breakfast sandwiches!
